Este trabajo tiene por objeto analizar la relación entre las redes sociales con la jurisdicción constitucional: por una parte, en cuanto asumen la función de dirimir los litigios sobre derechos humanos; y, por otra, su sometimiento a la jurisdicción constitucional estatal.
The purpose of this work is to analyze the relationship between social networks with the constitutional jurisdiction: on the one hand, as soon as they assume the function of resolving human rights disputes; and, on the other, its submission to state constitutional jurisdiction.
